The Best Banana Bread!

This Banana Bread is perfect!  Super easy - uses up those bananas the kids swore they would eat - and although moist and dense - always rises to perfection!

Makes 1 Loaf - Great recipe to Double!

3 Bananas - More ripe the better
1/3 cup Oil
1 tsp Baking Soda
Pinch of Salt
3/4 cup Sugar
1 Egg
1 tsp Vanilla
1 1/2 cups Flour

1.  Combine in a stand mixer in the order given.  No need to stop or pre-mix, just keep dumping it in.

2.  Bake in a greased loaf pan at 350' for 45-55 minutes -   until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Let cool and serve!

This recipe is very forgiving - I've used 2 bananas and even 4 bananas.

If you'd like to add nuts or Chocolate Chips, add with the flour (1/2 cup is usually what I do)
