Upside Down Pizza Casserole

This is a great recipe for those nights where you have no inspiration and are tired of the same old same old - or have a hungry crew and want to toss something in the oven and forget about it - for 20 minutes.

The crust mixes up thin, and it will look doubtful, but trust me - it works - and is delicious.  It almost tastes like lasagna.

1 lb Ground Beef
1 Onion, diced
2 cups Spaghetti Sauce
1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded

2 Eggs
1 cup Milk
1 cup Flour
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Salt

1.  Brown Beef and Onion in a skillet over medium heat.  Drain off fat.  Add Sauce and combine.

2.  Spray a 9x13" pan with non-stick spray.  Pour Beef and Sauce mixture into the pan.  Sprinkle with Cheese.

3.  Combine all the crust ingredients and mix well.  Pour over Beef and Sauce mixture and spread to ensure full coverage.

4.  Bake at 400' for 20+ minutes until the crust is golden brown.

Serve hot with additional cheese.
